Job Description:

We are seeking Registered Nurses for multiple specialties, who are enthusiastic and devoted to delivering top-tier patient care. Our nurses play a crucial role in our patient-centered approach, providing care, education, and emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing care standards.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and home care procedures.
Participate in the development of nursing protocols and contribute to team efforts in improving patient care.

Requirements:

A valid nursing license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) /Post B Sc preferred or an associate degree in nursing with relevant experience.
Nursing Fresher / Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Specialization certificates or experience in desired fields (ICU, Surgery, Pediatrics, etc.) are advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
